Starters

  • Guinea fowl lasagne with truffled leeks & wild mushrooms
  • Salmon ceviche with octopus, roasted butternut squash puree, squid crackers & mixed cresses
  • Grilled mastelo cheese with quinoa tabouli, secretts farm leaves, pickles & garlic greek yogurt

Mains

  • Roasted mallard duck breast with freekeh & confit leg salad, pâté crostini, sweet potato fondant & madeira jus
  • Wagyu fillet steak & welsh braised cheeks with wild mushrooms, truffled mashed potatoes & baby spinach (+£7)
  • Sea bass with prawn & chive dumplings, bok choy with carrot & ginger puree & lemongrass bisque sauce
  • Saffron tagliolini with grilled manouri cheese, broccoli, baby spinach, green kale, mixed mushrooms & truffle sauce
